At Barbara Dever Boutique, we aim to deliver your order quickly and safely — with no extra fees.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Most weekday orders are processed within 24 hours.

Weekend and holiday orders may require additional time.

Delivery Time

After processing, shipping typically takes 4–9 business days, depending on your location and the local carrier.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delays or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 7 days after the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@barbaradever.com and include your order number.

Order Changes or Cancellation

If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

Once processing or shipping has started, changes can no longer be guaranteed.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email info@barbaradever.com with:


  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return

All returns must be approved by our team before being sent back.

Unapproved returns may be refused.

Return Conditions


  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • A valid tracking number is required for all returns

  • Underwear, lingerie, and swimwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons

Return Shipping Costs

The responsibility for return shipping costs is determined as follows:


  • If the return is caused by the customer (for example: wrong size ordered, change of mind, or incorrect selection), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The exact cost depends on the express shipping company chosen by the customer.

  • If the return is due to our error (for example: damaged item upon arrival, defective product, or incorrect item received), the customer will not be required to bear the return shipping costs. In such cases, we will provide an appropriate solution.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days.

Please note: original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
